Scheduling Policy

What happens when you book a meeting with GROWJOLT — the information we collect, how rescheduling and cancellation work, and what to expect from Google Meet and our confirmation/reminder emails.

Effective date / last updated: July 17, 2026

This Scheduling Policy explains what happens when you book a meeting with Growjolt LLC ("GROWJOLT," "we," "us," or "our") through growjolt.com or a booking link we share with you. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which continue to apply. By booking a meeting, you agree to this Policy.

01Information we collect when you book

To schedule a meeting, we ask for your name, email address, and phone number. If you book through a special link created for a specific purpose (for example, a particular campaign or event), that link may also present a short set of custom questions we configured for it; your answers are collected together with your booking. We use this information to confirm the meeting, contact you about it, and prepare for the conversation. It is handled the same way as other information we collect, as described in our Privacy Policy.

02Confirming, rescheduling & canceling

After you book, we send a confirmation email with a calendar invite for the meeting. That email — and every later message about the same booking — includes a private link you can use to view, reschedule, or cancel your meeting at any time before it starts, without needing to contact us directly.

You may reschedule your meeting a limited number of times. The exact number is shown on the manage-booking page when you request a change, and we may adjust it from time to time. Once that limit is reached, further changes must be requested directly — contact us at contact@growjolt.com and we'll do our best to help. You may cancel your meeting at any time using the same link.

03Reminder emails

Before your meeting, we may send one or more reminder emails to the address you provided, timed relative to the meeting so you don't miss it. Reminder timing may vary by booking type. Every reminder links back to the same manage-booking page described above, so you can reschedule or cancel right up until the last minute if your plans change.

04Meetings take place over Google Meet

Meetings booked through growjolt.com take place over Google Meet, a third-party video-conferencing service operated by Google. When we create your booking, we generate a Google Calendar event and Meet link on our behalf using our own Google Workspace account — we do not access your personal Google account or calendar to do this.

The meeting itself — video, audio, and any in-call chat or screen sharing — is transmitted and processed through Google's infrastructure and is subject to Google's own privacy practices, terms, and security measures, which are outside our control. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy before joining. Joining a Google Meet call may require or prompt the use of a Google account depending on your device and browser settings, though a Google account is not required to attend a call we host.

05How we use and share your booking information

We use the information collected when you book to schedule, staff, and follow up on the meeting, and, where applicable, to route your request to the right team member. We do not sell your booking information. It may be shared with the service providers that operate our scheduling infrastructure, calendar, and email systems, consistent with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing & Treatment notice.

06Changes & contact

We may update this Scheduling Policy from time to time as our booking process changes. The "last updated" date on our Legal page reflects the current version. Questions about a booking or this Policy? Contact us at contact@growjolt.com.
