01Nature of our services
We provide custom, labor-based professional services. Once work begins, our time and resources are committed and generally cannot be recovered. For that reason, fees for work performed are non-refundable except as expressly stated here or required by law.
02Deposits & milestone payments
Deposits and milestone payments reserve our availability and fund work already scheduled. They are non-refundable and are applied against the total fees for your engagement.
03Cancellation by you
You may cancel an engagement by written notice. Upon cancellation, you remain responsible for all work performed and expenses and third-party costs incurred through the cancellation date, plus any non-cancellable commitments we made on your behalf. Any prepaid amounts exceeding those charges, if any, will be reconciled; amounts for completed work or non-refundable deposits will not be refunded.
04Cancellation by us
We may suspend or cancel an engagement for non-payment, breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, or if continued performance becomes impractical. If we cancel without cause, our liability is limited to a pro-rata refund of fees prepaid for work not yet performed.
05Recurring & subscription services
For recurring or subscription services, fees are billed in advance for each billing period and are non-refundable. You may cancel renewal at any time before the next billing date by written notice; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
06Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, contact us first at [CONTACT EMAIL] so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of the agreement is a breach of our Terms, and we reserve the right to recover the disputed amount, related fees, and collection costs, and to suspend the Services.
07Discretionary exceptions
