Marketing & Communications Policy

How GROWJOLT sends email, SMS, and other marketing communications in compliance with CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, and FTC rules — and how to opt out.

Effective date / last updated: [EFFECTIVE DATE]

This Marketing & Communications Policy describes how [LEGAL COMPANY NAME, LLC] ("GROWJOLT") sends commercial communications and how you can control them. We are committed to lawful, transparent marketing consistent with the federal CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidance.

01Scope

This Policy applies to marketing and promotional communications we send by email, text message (SMS/MMS), and telephone, as well as to testimonials and endorsements we publish. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

02Email marketing & CAN-SPAM

For commercial email, we comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Specifically, we:

  • use accurate "From," "To," and routing information that identifies us as the sender;
  • use subject lines that are not deceptive;
  • identify the message as an advertisement where required;
  • include our valid physical postal address; and
  • provide a clear way to opt out and honor opt-out requests promptly (and in any event within 10 business days).

You generally receive marketing email because you requested information, became a client, or otherwise consented. We do not sell or rent our email lists.

03Text messages & the TCPA

Where we send text messages, we do so consistent with the TCPA and carrier requirements:

  • we obtain your prior express consent before sending marketing texts, and your consent is not a condition of purchasing anything;
  • message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply;
  • you can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP; and
  • mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

04Telephone calls

Any telemarketing calls we make comply with applicable federal and state do-not-call rules. We honor requests to be placed on our internal do-not-call list. To make such a request, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL].

05Managing your preferences & opting out

You can opt out of marketing at any time by:

  • clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email;
  • replying STOP to any marketing text; or
  • emailing [CONTACT EMAIL] with your request.

Even after you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-promotional, transactional, or relationship messages (for example, invoices, project updates, security notices, or responses to your inquiries).

06Testimonials, reviews & endorsements

Any testimonials, reviews, or endorsements we publish reflect the real experiences of the individuals who give them, consistent with FTC guidance. Results described are not a guarantee or promise that you will achieve the same or similar results — outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (see our Disclaimer). Where a material connection exists between us and an endorser, we disclose it.

07Third-party platforms & changes

We may communicate through third-party platforms (such as email service providers and ad networks) governed by their own terms. We may update this Policy as our practices or the law change; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Questions? Contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
