01Reporting alleged infringement

- a physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized agent;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (URL) sufficient for us to find it;
- your contact information (name, address, phone, email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Notices that do not comply with the DMCA may not receive a response.
03Counter-notification
If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification; your contact information; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the US, in our district) and will accept service of process from the complaining party.
04Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
05Misrepresentations
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Do not make false claims.
